We've just developed a kind of
aluminum flanged pipe for refuelling machines, and the process
is traditional sand casting. The applied material is ADC 12, other alternative materials like A356 T6,
A380 all can be used.
The minimum thickness of the tube can be 3mm, and main process is the sand casting
and mechanical machinging of the threaded holes. The surface is sand blasting.
All of our products will be properly inspected and recorded with the test reports.
We've been in the business of
sand casting process for years, and we have rich know-how
of the advantages and disvantages of this process, which helps us a lot in the developing
