Aluminium flanged tube parts - export to Australia

We just finised a project for a customer from Australia, and we developed and manufactured two flanged
tube parts made in gravity die casting process. And after testing and assembly, customer found fully
approval of them.



Till now, we have made many different kinds of aluminum alloy parts or assembled units, mainly in process
of pressure die casting or gravtiy die casting, and firstly, we made samples for customers to test, then
mass production, so in this case, our quality are highly assured by the sample standard, and nearly no
complaint from customers.

For the flanged or tube parts with cavity or holes, it may seem a bit difficult or complicated to make, but
under the help of proper cores and fixtures, all difficulties will be soved.
Of course, the success is also lying on our workers with more than even 30 years' experiences in this industry.
