4. Process control to each project.
Regarding to each project, we will take records from the beginning till delivery for at least 1 year. All the communication information and progress will be recorded and filed soly, so that everything can be tracked when problem occured.
5. Fast solutions to the complaint from customers.
Once customers have any doubt or complaint towards the service or product, we will check our full record including the email contact record, process record etc at the first time, and give our explanation or solution accordlingly as soonest as we could.
